Technical Support Engineer (m/f)
Global Product Support / Technical Engineer

• As Technical Support Engineer, you participate in analytical, experimental or investigative work in order to analyze and find the failure
• According to that, you bring a high issue resolution capability to bring the optimum solution and service for our customers
• You resolve technical issues, assess the impact of it and therefore you collaborate with cross-function like R&D, Product Management, Production, Quality Management, Sales or Supply Chain to improve and avoid high, expansive failures in the field
• It will be on you to analyze alternative components of your suppliers in close teamwork with our purchasing department

• You bring a professional education in Electrical Engineering or a degree from a higher technical school (HTL)
• Ideally, you have first work experience within technical support, product development or purchasing electrical components
• You need a good command of English and German to support globally
• Strong analytic skills, enjoy problem-solving, ability to establish priorities and cope with pressure characterize you
• Last but not least, you demonstrate strong customer focus and interaction skills

Yearly compensation represents EUR 32.174,-. Effective compensation exceeds collective wage agreements based on the local market and considers academic and professional experience of a well-suited candidate.
