• Project planning and purchase of the tooling equipment and machines for prefoms until the startup in the plants
• Support and counsel for our ALPLA plants and our customers
• Clarification and review of projects technical feasibility and offer preparation for tool equipment and machines
• Resources and equipment management
• Problem analysis for preform tool equipment and production facilities
• Productivity and costs optimization
• Suppliers assessment and close collaboration with them

• Technical background and completed technical degree: technical apprenticeship, college or HTL
• Knowledge and experience in plastic industry is an advantage
• Knowledge in business would be a plus
• Excellent English language skills, other languages are an advantage
• IT knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Entrepreneurial thinking and project-oriented work style
• Team player, convincing, open minded and service oriented
• Willingness to travel

Equality Act: Due to our legal obligation we have determined the minimum annual salary for this position to be 37.000,-- € gross. The actual payment will be based on the labour market and your work experience and qualifications.
