Teamlead Quality Assurance Beverage (m/f/d)

Due to growing demand on our products and processes we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced personality with very good leadership skills.

As Teamlead QA Beverage you are responsible for assurance and implementation of highest quality for Red Bull production at all our global Copacker and supplier sites.

Areas that play your strenghts:

• PARTNER MANAGEMENT
  Monitoring of all our Copacker & packaging suppliers (handling of non conformities, continuous improvement process)
  Implementation, maintenance and further development of a KPI system to guarantee a transparent and reliable overview of quality performance
• PROCESSES & SYSTEMS
  Creation and implementation of process related quality assurance working infrastructure
  Further development of Red Bull guidelines for Copacker & packaging suppliers including audit of implementation
  Project work (audit tool/reporting)

• LEADERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT CAPABILITIES
  Leading the small team in daily business by sharing relevant information, structure and clear communication
  Development of team members and monitoring team performance on a regular base

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• +4 years professional experience in a leading role within QM/QA
• completed studies (e.g. food technology, quality management/assurance, process technology)
• professional experience in HACCP & food safety systems
• experience in internal and external auditing
• deep knowledge of quality standards and crisis management
• very good technical and process knowledge
• very good communication skills
• assertive personality with high problem-solving skills
• IT knowledge (Office, SAP)
• very good English & German skills
• travel up to 25%
