In this function you are an important part of the "Alpla Smart Production Team". You will develop, configure, review, test and operate different applications and support our company to optimize the plant performance by data driven manufacturing.

Your area of responsibility includes:

• Working on one of Alpla´s main IoT Projects in an international team
• Development of python scripts and python enrichment scripts
• Development of user interfaces using common web frameworks & BI-tools
• Reviewing developments of our internal and external software partners
• Troubleshooting, solving issues in the system and preparing documentation
• In addition, you support or execute special projects linked with “Smart Production"

• You have successfully completed your studies in computer science, your training in IT or electronics at a technical college, a university of applied sciences or similar.
• You have a passion for software development, writing optimized code and using cutting edge technologies.
• You have first experience with Python, JavaScript, SQL and different web stack technologies.
• Experience with agile methodologies, React or similar web frameworks and programming skills in .NET and C# are an advantage.
• You have an independent and autonomous working style and like to work on your own initiative with a strong entrepreneurial way of thinking.
• You have a very good command of English and can communicate in German as well.
