Social Media Manager Racquet Sports (m/f/d)

Our headquarters in Kennelbach/Bregenz (Austria) or our entity in Feldkirchen/Munich (Germany) is currently looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Social Media Manager to elevate our brand presence and connect with racquet sports fans across all major social platforms.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER RACQUET SPORTS (m/f/d)

TASKS

• Play a key role in strengthening our online presence/engaging with our audience
• Drive the growth and development of HEAD's social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok
• Support long- and short-term content planning, working closely with our social media team to create and execute an inspiring content calendar
• Develop detailed briefs for social media content, ensuring each post resonates with our audience and aligns with brand goals
• Use analytics to guide content strategies, identifying new opportunities and refining engagement tactics to improve reach and performance
• Build and maintain relationships with HEAD athletes, influencers, and content partners to bring exciting new perspectives and content to our channels
• Oversee community engagement, ensuring quality interactions and actively managing moderation to foster a positive and engaging online community
• Work closely with teams across the company, including marketing, e-commerce, product development, and pro player management
• Be prepared for occasional travel to tournaments/events, sometimes during weekends, as well as non-traditional working hours to cover key moments/live events

PROFILE

• Several years of experience in social media management, ideally within the sporting goods industry, or experience in a digital/social media agency
• Deep understanding of current social media platforms, trends, and performance metrics, using KPIs to form your strategies
• Excellent communication skills; fluent written and spoken English is essential; German is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office; a basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and editing tools are advantageous
• Strong organizational skills with a structured, proactive approach and a pragmatic attitude when dealing with unforeseen situations
• Positive attitude and able to accept and deal with criticism
• Enthusiasm for racquet sports, especially tennis, to authentically connect with our audience and bring our brand to life
