Shift Leader/Press (m/f/x)

Your key responsibilities:

• Management of production activities
• Active participation in the production process as shift leader in the rolling shift model
• Organisation and implementation of shift handover
• Safety-conscious thinking and acting
• Responsibility for quality, quantities, deadlines and personnel
   

Your core competences:

• Completed apprenticeship in a metal trade or industrial apprenticeship.
• Work experience in an industrial production with management responsibility is an advantage 
• Good organisational skills and ability to work on your own initiative
• Basic computer skills
