• Continued development of project management methods in an agile project environment
• Leading challenging, highly innovative projects for embedded and cloud systems
• Agreeing project budgets with business unit management
• Reporting and control of project budget and resources in a multi-project environment
• Supplier management worldwide
• Coordination with internal and external departments across locations and projects
• Regular communication of the project status in meetings, steering committees and other internal events
• Securing the project goals together with development and product management

This is you

• Completed technical training in the field of physics, electronics, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or similar
• Strong conceptual and analytical understanding in an agile environment
• Professional experience in cooperativly leading highly qualified teams in a volatile project environment
• Promotion of active personal responsibility and self-organisation
• High degree of flexibility and willingness to take on responsibilty
• Strong ability to self-motivate and motivate teams
• An independent, self-reliant and structured way of working
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
