Senior Product Manager (m/f)

The successful candidate will be expected to define the product portfolio for LED light sources & LED converters aligned with the roadmap and strategic focus from the segment management.  

• Your are responsible for the active product life cycle management, product pricing and budget
• You actively monitor, analyse and evaluate the lighting market/competitors
• You develop the product portfolio towards market requirements and segment strategy, initialize and manage innovations and new technologies
• Concurrent with the marketing communication you define the Go-to-Market plan (introduction, sales stories, customer benefits, features for sales literature)
• Finally you perform product trainings for customers, sales colleges and stakeholders

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

• Degree qualified in electro technical or economic science
• Well-founded knowledge and understanding of business and technology
• Experience in designing, specifying and managing products/solutions within the LED lighting field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Project management skills, in an Agile environment

MUST HAVE

• A proven track record of Product Management with Customer/Consumer focused experience

Yearly compensation represents EUR 60.000 as per relevant collective contract. Effective compensation exceeds collective wage agreements based on the local market.
