Your responsibilities

In the position as Regional Quality Manager for Africa, Middle East and Turkey you are in charge of the following tasks:

• You provide support to all plants in the Region.
• You are responsible for the implementation of the Corporate Quality Strategy in the AMET Region.
• You implement Quality Assurance and Integrated Management Systems concepts, methods and techniques aligned with Corporate Quality.
• You implement and support optimization projects and promote further development within the regional organization.
• You closely collaborate and share periodic reports with the Regional Manager and Corporate Quality.

Your competencies and qualifications

• You hold a University Degree in Quality Management or any related technical field.
• You have minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Quality Management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• You are experienced in developing and implementing Quality Management Systems and have a high affinity to statistical tools and techniques.
• You have a profound knowledge of project management and a proven track record of leadership skills.
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with customers, other departments or plants.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and German is a must, every other language is of advantage
• You have a high willingness to travel (up to 50%).
