QA Continuous Improvement Professional (m/w/d)

We are looking for an Continuous Improvement Professional to strenghten our Quality Assurance team in Ludesch which is part of our Global Operations team.

In this challenging position you play a major part in further developing the continuous improvement processes with our global partners.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

• Active management of the continuous improvement processes including reporting
• Identification of improvement possibilites
• Lead of quality task forces and support of internal and external partners
• Participate and/or lead cross functional meetings and process improvement teams related to co-packers’ improvement
• KPI evaluation of our Copackers, Subcopackers and Suppliers
• Check fulfilment of PDCA cycle
• Support of internal and external partners in quality issues
   

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• 3+ work experience in the food industry, ideally in QA/QM or related technical fields
• Completed studies in food technology/processing, chemistry or comparable
• Experience in HACCP und GMP
• Knowledge of root cause analysis methods
• Knowledge of GFSI  and ISO 9001 certification is an advantage
• Detail oriented and analytical mindset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to document data in a clear and precise way
• IT user skills
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
• Travel 20-30 %

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.428,14 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
