Your job

In this exciting position at Tridonic, you are accountable for overseeing the company’s eShop. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the strategic development of the eShop, assuming functional leadership for the roadmap implementation, and taking charge of the international rollout efforts.
 

  • As the eShop Product Owner at Tridonic, you will play a crucial role in shaping the concept, key features, and usability of our eShop.
  • Your responsibilities extend to finding optimal solutions for our customer’s diverse use cases, defining the features that will cater to both their present and future needs.
  • You will be at the forefront of defining and prioritizing the Scrum team’s backlog, focusing on customer and economic value creation. Your role also entails testing and sign-off of the sprint deliverables.
  • Your attention will be dedicated to creating digitized end-to-end processes, enabling Tridonic to respond to evolving customer requirements in real-time.
  • You will leverage tracking and reporting systems to not only measure success but also gain profound insights into user behavior.
  • In addition, you will provide support for further digital Customer Experience (CXP) projects, contributing to our ongoing digital transformation.
  • As the interface to our local eShop key users, you will organize User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and offer training for the newly released features.

 

Your profile

  • You have already gained first professional experience as a Product Owner for customer experience platforms – ideally in the B2B environment (e.g. eShops, websites, portals, marketplaces).
  • You are proficient in the application of agile methods and the handling of common collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence).
  • You are familiar with CMS, PIM, eShop systems and SAP.
  • You have a talent for navigating the intricacies of managing stakeholders and skillfully balancing the diverse demands of customers, business, and IT.
  • Business fluency in both German and English is required, as this role will involve seamless communication and collaboration in both languages.

Legally binding notice: Based on the minimum salary stipulated in the collective agreement of € 47.734,26 /p.a. (for a 38,50-hour working week), the actual salary for this position is based on professional qualifications and experience.
