Global Application and Product Management at the Zumtobel Group
Aligned to provide our customers the best solution the Product Management within the Zumtobel Group is a market driven application-based multi-brand approach. Within the Business Area "Indoor Lighting" we have three applications: Industry, Retail and Office. For the application "Retail" we are looking for an tenacity and energetic Product Manager. Your aim is to offer our customers the best possible lighting solutions in respect with their needs with special focus on retail, architectural and indoor facilities.

• Worldwide support of one or more product families in the specific area of application.
• Broad management of the product portfolio (generating ideas, development of new products, lifecycle management, pricing, launch conception).
• Create and implement international marketing plans as well as coordinate with all international sales units.
• Market and application analyses as well as presentation to all business levels.
• Build up specific knowledge as basis for product innovation.
• Conception and execution of interdisciplinary idea and innovation workshops

Your Profile

• University degree in social sciences, business administration or natural / applied sciences AND/OR
• > 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the technical capital goods sector (B2B)
• Experience abroad during training or employment advantageous
• Fluent English, other languages are an asset
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Ability to implement strategic thinking consistently into practice
• Strengths in communication and negotiation

The law obliges us to specify a salary here: in line with the collective agreement, this amounts to at least 47.189,24 EUR for a 38½-hour working week. However, because neither you nor we are satisfied with minimum standards, we promise you that it will be more. How much more depends on how good you are.
