For our Product Management Team at Tridonic in Dornbirn we are looking for a  

Product Manager Outdoor Lighting (m/f)

• Your role is the definition and management of product portfolio for LED modules and converters within our segments Retail & Hospitality, Office & Education or Outdoor & Industry
• You are responsible for active product life cycle management, product pricing and budget
• You actively benchmark and evaluate the lighting market including our competitors
• It will be on you to develop the product portfolio towards market requirements and the segment strategy
• We rely on your expertise when it comes to initializing and managing innovations and new technologies
• You support marketing communication and define the go-to-market strategy: introduction, customer benefits, USPs
• You cooperate and network with all functional areas – from R&D, over marketing to sales
• Finally, you support product trainings for customers, sales and other stakeholders

• You convince us with advanced experience in lighting industry
• You bring a proven track record of product management with focus on customers and solutions
• You are experienced in designing, specifying and managing products
• Strong business acumen and experience in product marketing characterize you
• Experience within one of our segments is a plus
• Your basis is a university degree in Engineering, Electronics or similar
• On a personal level, you convince us with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• You are an active team member

Yearly compensation represents EUR 45,759.-as per relevant collective contract. Effective compensation exceeds collective wage agreements based on the local market and considers academic and professional experience of a well-suited candidate.
