Job Description

As a Process Manager - you and the other two team members are improving the business process in manufacturing to develop the Production Network of the Zumtobel Group.

You develop, document, implement and roll-out Process Standards across the Production Network of the Zumtobel Group.
You are mentoring the digitalization of manufacturing.
You are collaborating and conducting global improvement projects or workshops.
You ensure a hands-on support for operations through the facilitation, coordination and documentation of relevant standard applications.
You are contributing a frequent progress reporting concerning the transition process.

Your Profile

You have a higher degree in engineering science, economics or comparable disciplines and looking for an entry-level position.
You have a higher interest in manufacturing execution systems and applications used in a manufacturing.
You are experienced in process optimization and practical application of Lean-Management-Methods.
You are fluent in English. German would be an advantage.
You have the willingness to travel frequently.
Beside your necessary strong analytical skills, your creative problem solving ability you also have a self-driven personality and good convincing and interpersonal skills.

The law obliges us to specify a salary here: in line with the collective agreement, this amounts to at least 37.406,60 EUR for a 38½-hour working week. However, because neither you nor we are satisfied with minimum standards, we promise you that it will be more. How much more depends on how good you are.
