Your responsibilities

• Support development of concepts, methods and tools for process management and process improvement
• Prepare and perform process management trainings in different formats for different target groups
• Provide support to regional and corporate stakeholders
• Develop and maintain formal process documentation including procedures and process flow diagrams
• Organize and facilitate workshops for process mapping
• Ensure integrity of all processes and related data with an end to end view
• Identify new requirements and improvements for process management software and ensure functionalities accordingly
• Communicate process management related topics (news, updates, webinars…)

Your competencies and qualifications

• Experience in applying process management tools
• Bachelor or Master degree and first work experience in process management
• Experience in process mapping and use of modelling tools (such as ARIS, Visio…)
• Strong training and facilitation skills
• Profound knowledge and understanding of IT
• Excellent English and German language skills
• High willingness to travel

Equality Act: Due to our legal obligation we have determined the minimum annual salary for this position to be 35.000,-- € gross. The actual payment will be based on the labour market and your work experience and qualifications.
