Procees Keeper (f/m/x)

 
What's it all about?

• Organize and facilitate Gate Meetings and other project and process related meetings and workshops
• Develop and maintain the project overview by keeping track of the projects and establishing consistent guidelines and templates
• Act as a wide-ranging supporting resource to the Innovation process team
• Act as a focal point for feedback on the Innovation process and be responsible for continuous improvement by striving for a better process
• Promote the use of the Innovation process at every opportunity and train employees to seek buy-in

 
What skills do you need to have?

• We are looking for someone with an exciting set of organizational skills and ideally experience in the field of project management. You love to work as part of a team and enjoy supporting and guiding people through our processes. If you already have experience in moderating meetings and workshops, this would be a bonus, otherwise we offer training and support.
• As a pivotal part of the team, you have an eye for which tasks need to be done and you are not afraid of tackling them. We want a colleague with a hands-on mentality and structured way of thinking. We are convinced that you have a good command of English if you appl
