Your job

• You are one of the key Operations Controlling business partner to the Plant Management and provide monthly Manufacturing P&L variance explanation, on time as well as within the expected level of details and quality
• As member of the Finance Global Operations Center-of-Excellence team you drive our Manufacturing units towards best-in-class Controlling processes
• In this role you provide the Plant Controller and Plant Director with necessary financial analytics and Manufacturing controlling activities
• During this process you actively lead the communication with the relevant stakeholders

Your profile

• You have a university degree with a major in controlling and at least 2 years relevant professional experience in international manufacturing controlling
• You have excellent user knowledge of an ERP-System and MS office (SAP, BW, Excel, Word, Power-Point)
• You are fluent in English. German would be an asset, but not compulsive
• You have strong analytical skills, communication, co-operation and relationship-building skills
• You demonstrate your accuracy and integrity at a personal level 

The actual salary is determined by the professional qualifications and experience as well as the relevant employment market and may be significantly higher than the pay scale under the Collective Wage Agreement. (For legal reasons we inform you that the gross minimum salary according to the Collective Wage Agreement for 38.5 hours weekly is EUR 42.301,42 / p.a.)
