Your responsibilities

Operational Excellence is a strategic target for us. Therefore we implement Lean Management methods in all operations worldwide.

• Lead and design Lean Management goals and strategies for improving the operations and processes within ALPLA
• Develop and implement Lean methods and tools in order to accomplish business objectives
• Create appropriate trainings for ALPLA employees and develop qualified Operational Excellence experts
• Generate company-wide awareness regarding Lean principles and Operational Excellence
• Coach manufacturing sites and their management during the Lean implementation and support them to achieve Operational Excellence with a positive and sustainable effect on financial results

Your competencies and qualifications

• University degree (preferably Master) in Industrial Engineering or Business Management
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing (Black Belt/Master Black Belt certification is a plus), Production Management background would be appreciated
• Expert in Lean tools and principles
• Pronounced training and facilitation skills as well as moderation and presentation competencies
• Hands-on, ability to lead shop floor changes, to bound and communicate with production employees
• Entrepreneurial thinking and project-oriented work style
• Team player, convincing, open minded and service oriented
• Excellent English and German language skills, other languages are an advantage
• High willingness to travel (up to 60 %)

Equality Act: Due to our legal obligation we have determined the minimum annual salary for this position to be € 42,000.00 gross. The actual payment will be based on the labour market and your work experience and qualifications.
