Our Global Controlling Team: A small team with a big impact
You will support our 6-person controller team and gain experience in all corporate fields of controlling - sales, marketing, R&D, product management, corporate or operations. We have a very collegial, appreciative relationship with each other, we are on a first-name basis, but above all we work together as a team. We offer a modern, highly integrated system landscape (SAP,BI) that provides you with the tools you need to work efficiently. In addition to local controlling processes, this team is the point of contact for all controller issues for our group companies from China to the USA and Europe, from large production companies to small sales subsidiaries.  

Your job: learn controlling from scratch to a highly professional level

• You will support the controlling team, generating reports and creating analyses.
• In close cooperation with the controlling team as well as other departments, you will define improvement measures and support their implementation with your analyses.
• You will help to shape reporting and guide departments through business management processes (planning, business cases, etc.).
• You are closely working with Tridonic controllers in various locations and coordinate group-wide processes such as budget preparation or ad hoc analysis.

Your profile: An empathic, highly motivated, numbers driven, Excel loving personality

• You have a degree in business administration with a focus on finance/accounting/controlling or IT.
• You are totally and absolutely convinced, that Controlling will be your career. Ideally you have gained relevant professional experience within an internship, preferably in the controlling department of an international group.
• You have excellent Excel skills, Experience with SAP and Power BI is an advantage.
• You can present complex topics in a simple way and can focus on the core.
• You are a proactive, independent, communicative personality with high analytical skills.
• You are fluent in English, written as well as spoken. German language skills are an advantage.

Salary: How good are you?
The Austrian law obliges us to specify a salary here: in line with the collective agreement, this amounts to at least 36.680,- EUR per year for a 38½ -hour working week. However, because neither you nor we are satisfied with minimum standards, we promise you that it will be considerably more. How much more depends on how good you are.
