IT-Inhouse-Consultant (m/f/x)
YOU
- will drive forward development, lead projects, ensure process flows and help to shape the end-to-end processes
- will attach importance to reliable, lean processes, excellent usability and a decent performance overall• will be the first point of contact for any changes deemed necessary or desirable by the specialist departments within the international Blum Group.
- will find the common ground behind the individual demands and translate this into readily attainable, technical and organisational solutions in the system
- will ensure that the solutions are implemented and run reliably and efficiently, together with your colleagues in the development teams and in user support
- will also occasionally take on project management responsibilities for major projects, such as implementing our procurement solution, dealing with the process from resource planning to deadline monitoring
WE
- are looking for someone who feels at home in a production planning or procurement team, is a skilful communicator and welcomes tricky situations
- will inspire you with our end-to-end processes – you already have a few years of practical work experience or have successfully completed relevant internships
- will provide a field of activity where around 60% of your working hours are spent communicating and networking – it is up to you to bring the right people together, mediate different interests, present your own ideas, develop, discuss and weigh up different solutions and lay the groundwork for decisions
- work primarily with SAP ERP (MM/PP) – it is an advantage if you are already familiar with this tool
- attach importance to working independently and having a good working relationship with internal and external partners
- live for innovation – you love variety and are not thrown off track by unforeseen events.
