For the HR-Department for TRIDONIC in Dornbirn we are looking for an

HR Business Partner (m/f)


Ihr Profil
  • In this role, you are the competent HR partner for managers and employees along the whole employee lifecycle (e.g. onboarding, people management and development, performance management, compensation, organizational design)
  • You work as a sparring partner and internal consultant pro-actively seeking continuous communication to develop the organisation and our workforce to succeed in new technologies and a challenging market environment
  • In coordination with corporate HR you set the framework to win, retain, engage and develop employees in line with company guidelines to continuously improve all HR relevant aspects
  • You support future company growth - Change Management

Willkommen!
  • You completed a higher education
  • You have at least 3 years of working experience in a comparable position ideally in an international environment
  • You are proficient in English and German
  • Your communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills are excellent
  • On a personal level, you are positive, convincing, discreet, self-motivated and a great colleague to work with

Yearly compensation represents EUR 41.717,34 as per relevant collective contract. Effective compensation exceeds collective wage agreements based on the local market and considers academic and professional experience of a well-suited candidate.
