Your Job
You are the BRIDGE between the TRIDONIC sales regions and TRIDONIC sales department in our Headquarter (HQ) because you are identifying, establishing and managing innovative, smart, connected lighting solutions for indoor and outdoor applications.

• In close coordination with the regional sales leadership and the global solutions sales team you are finding new lighting solutions.
• You support regional sales by defining routes to market, accessing new target groups, addressing new customers and developing a necessary eco- and partner-system to succeed.
• You participate in developing in sales strategies central and decentral with regional sales leadership on annual budgets and investment plans for smart connected solutions.
• Consistently and with an overview, you will become a representative for the sales regions in order to be an impulse generator for HQ process set-up (RFQs, tender submissions, project execution) and support the implementation in a result-oriented manner to sustainably increase sales and earnings for the sales region.

Your Profile
SOLUTION AND SALES DRIVEN PERSONALITY - You see the smart lighting solution and you have a sense for business as well as for interdisciplinary stakeholders!

• You bring 5+years of professional experience within sales or in a comparable position ideally within the lighting industry.
• You have a university degree (Entrepreneurship, Electronics, Engineering, Management (WING)) or comparable work experience.
• You are successful because you communicate excellently and proactive, you are a brilliant networker and assert yourself diplomatically.
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
• You impress with your innovative, solution-oriented, efficient and amazingly organized work style.
• Personally, you impress with your strong motivation to implement new solutions and processes and inspire those around you.
