In order to work closely with our growing international partner network, we build a sophisticated web-based collaboration platform. As we are constantly growing, we are looking for a highly motivated Finance Assistance (m/f/x) in part time 50%.

• Independent processing of incoming and outgoing invoices and invoice control
• Preparations for accounting and invoicing
• Assistance with financial planning 
• Administration of the management system (Quality management system ISO 9001)
• Cooperation with internal and external stakeholders (including tax consultants, lawyers)
• Classical assistance and administrative work in the financial sector

• Completed higher commercial training with accountant examination or business studies
• Several years of practical experience in the commercial sector 
• Very good English language skills desirable
• Very good MS-Office user knowledge
• High reliability, numerical affinity and a precise working method 
• Enjoy working in an intercultural, high-motivated Team

We guarantee a competitive and performance-related salary, dependent on your professional and personal qualifications. We are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of € 42.000,- (full-time) gross per year for this full time position and offer further additional benefits:
