Your responsibilities

Within a team of Quality Managers on Corporate level:

• Be single point of contact to sales and selected customers regarding quality performance and Quality Assurance Agreements (QAA)
• Organize and coordinate a pool of auditors to perform internal and external integrated management system (IMS) audits within the certification program. This shall ensure compliance to relevant standards, regulations, customer requirements and their ‘supplier qualification programs’
• Perform and follow up audits in plants, regions and corporate departments, derive measures and generate global IMS performance reporting
• Support the creation of ALPLA IMS strategy, align it with other corporate initiatives and implement it
• Develop and provide training, tools and relevant documentation related to the standards of ALPLA IMS

Your competences and qualifications

• Strong experience in developing integrated management systems and its tools
• Strong auditing skills (preferably certified as auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, FSSC 22000)
• Experience in negotiating with customers/suppliers
• Technical background (bachelor degree or higher)
• At least five years of professional experience in manufacturing industry
• Experience in process, project and change management
• Strong analytical, training and facilitation skills
• Excellent English and German language skills
• Team player and service oriented
• High willingness to travel

Equality Act: Due to our legal obligation we have determined the minimum annual salary for this position to be € 35.000,- gross. The actual payment will be based on the labour market and your work experience and qualifications.
