In our team under the leadership of Kolja, we are looking for team players for the coming summer season who will inspire our guests with 4-star cuisine.
Join us in surprising our guests with traditional recipes and exciting combinations in their 5-course menu.

Your tasks:

• Work independently under the supervision of our chef.
• Preparation and first-class presentation of our half-board dishes (very small "à la carte" selection)
• Time and space for creativity to further develop our kitchen with your own recipes and ideas
• Compliance with all hygiene guidelines

What you should bring with you

• completed training as a cook or comparable qualifications
• first professional experience as a cook, ideally in a hotel kitchen
• profound knowledge of all food hygiene and safety regulations
• a secure knowledge of German

Your benefits: 

• We offer an attractive salary in line with your qualifications and professional experience. (The monthly net salary is € 1,800 - € 1,950 (basis 48h/week & 6-day week). This results in a gross monthly salary of € 2,421 - € 2,690, which is significantly higher than our collective agreement.)
