Assistant Private Banking – Desk Asia

Responsibilities: –Support of Relationship Manager –Ensure timely transaction processing and service delivery of clients requirements –Implementation of administrative and customer oriented tasks –Understand client requirements and assist Relationship Manager in daily maintenance of account relationships –Act as the client key interface over initiation of clients’ instructions, monitor funds for payment –Preparation of due diligence, settlement of account openings

Requirements: – Bachelor Degree with at least 3 years working experience, preferably in the financial industry –Excellent knowledge of Mandarin and English; a good command of German would be of great advantage – Possess basic knowledge of banking products and services such as foreign exchange, bonds, equities, derivatives, fundmanagement products and financial structures – Possess knowledge of bank and regulatory requirements – Meticulous, client centric and a good teamplayer –Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – EU or Swiss residency permit required
