Senior PM Components & Processes (m/f)

As Senior Product Manager Components you will define the portfolios for Emergency Lighting & Controls (EL&C) for indoor and outdoor lighting applications on one side. On the other side you will be responsible for Processes improvements in the Global Product Management environment of Tridonic. Hence,

•  You secure up-to-date and market leading roadmaps aligned with the strategic focus of indoor and outdoor lighting teams. Moreover you will be accountable to set a winning EL&C Strategy
• You actively monitor, analyse and evaluate innovations, new technologies, product pricing, budget and the lighting market/competitors
• You secure the agreed margin contribution of the EL&C business
• You work closely with your team to strive for continuous improvement of PM-processes globally

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE  

• Degree in Business Administration (or equal) or Electrical Engineering
• Experience in a multinational company
• Expertise in leading, developing and motivating a team of 5-10 people

MUST HAVE

• A proven track record (more than five years) of Product Management in the lighting industry, preferable in the OEM B2B environment 

PERSONAL SKILLS

• You will have demonstrable capacity to work collaboratively, fostering co-operation with, and influencing, a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
• Willingness to travel

Yearly compensation represents EUR 60.000 as per relevant collective contract. Effective compensation exceeds collective wage agreements based on the local market.
