Public Relations Manager (60%-80%) (m/f)

The successful candidate is responsible for Brand Public Relations (PR) as well as internal communication activities and will create compelling communications campaigns using a variety of media (traditional, press, digital/social media)

• You plan, create, manage and implement Brand PR initiatives
• You develop and execute a communication strategy for key media and keep close relationship with trade media
• You promote products, services and customer references through Brand PR initiatives
• You plan, coordinate, edit, design, publish and organize all internal communication in close cooperation with the Tridonic Management Board, Human Resources and Corporate Communications
• You manage expenses according to the budget
• You measure results of communication efforts
• One employee is directly reporting to you

• Graduate in a Communication discipline
• A proven track record of delivering successful external communications campaigns, such as PR and internal communications, ideally in the communication of a technical B2B company
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in German and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build sustainable relationships with customers, various departments, project stakeholders and key individuals/medias

Yearly compensation represents EUR 50.000 as per relevant collective contract. Effective compensation exceeds collective wage agreements based on the local market.
