Your responsibilities

• Leads technical projects, coordinates activities during the development from project start-up to project implementation in production sites to meet customer requirements
• Leadership on development projects, from design, moulds, sampling, qualification until handover to production
• Effectively communicates internally and externally with customers, suppliers and partners to determine project requirements, coordinate project activities, and provide direction
• Relationship management with customers, suppliers and project team
• Analyzing and interpreting data and information to draw conclusions and recommended next steps; Identifies and resolves technical issues and risks to achieve project goals
• Documents key project information; Uses appropriate forms and follows procedures established for project execution

Your competencies and qualifications

• Technical Engineering background – with the field of design and manufacturing of plastic (injection moulding / injection moulding caps)
• 4 - 5 years experience in project management, preferably within injection moulding / injection moulding caps industry
• Technical knowledge of materials and mould construction
• Understanding of packaging system requirements, performance and evaluation
• Excellent English and German language skills
• IT skills and interpersonal competence - basic knowledge of CAD program
• Readiness to travel and ability to work under pressure

Equality Act: Due to our legal obligation we have determined the minimum annual salary for this position to be 34,000 € gross. The actual payment will be based on the labour market and your work experience and qualifications.
