Your responsibilities

• Lead innovation projects to ensure optimal progress with the given resources
• Overview the multidisciplinary project team and make sure a smooth and efficient interaction of the members is happening for the success of the project
• Process and evaluate ideas generated out of the ALPLA Innovation pipeline and prepare holistic and comprehensive pre-studies for project decisions
• Contribute to the creation of the ALPLA technology and Innovation roadmap
• Active networking within the ALPLA world and external stakeholders to advance idea generation on a global scale

• Excellent market knowledge in plastic packaging
• Excellent English in written and oral form
• Team and international social competence
• Intrinsic understanding of trends in related markets, products and technologies
• Independent thinking, high commitment, target orientated, assertiveness and team spirit, as well as excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills

Equality Act: Due to our legal obligation we have determined the minimum annual salary for this position to be 35.000,00 € gross. The actual payment will be based on the labour market and your work experience and qualifications.
