Global Application and Product Management at the Zumtobel Group

Aligned to provide our customers the best solution, the Product Management within the Zumtobel Group has a market driven, application-based multi-brand approach. Within the Business Area "Indoor Lighting" we have three applications: Industry, Retail and Office. The application Office is structured in three categories. For one of these categories - "Soft ceilings" - we are looking for an empathic and energetic Product Manager. Your aim is to offer our customers the best possible lighting solutions in respect with their needs with special focus on production, logistics and indoor facilities.

• You manage the lifecycle (incl. pricing, launch, marketing plans, phase out) and work in close association with all international sales & marketing units to push your product

• You constantly analyze the market and gather customer feedback & gain application insights by organizing product / portfolio workshops

• You keep a watchful eye over the market and competition and know best with which products we should progress

• In close association with R&D and sales, you ensure that our solution impresses and finds the right buyers globally

• You are a passionate and excited product manager who enjoys training of launched products and to demonstrate the product portfolio
  

Your Profile

• Either you have university completed and at least 3+ years relevant working experience ideally within lighting OR you have 5+ similar product management experience in lighting business

• You are fluent in English, German skills is a plus

• You have strong analytical, conceptual and commercial skills and the ability to recognize profitable business opportunities and all this comes along with amazing communication and negotiation skills

• You are willing to travel internationally

The law obliges us to specify a salary here: in line with the collective agreement, this amounts to at least 47.189,24 EUR for a 38½-hour working week. However, because neither you nor we are satisfied with minimum standards, we promise you that it will be more. How much more depends on how good you are.
