Product Manager (m/f)

• You actively work and develop the product portfolio/roadmap towards market requirements and segment strategy, initialize and manager innovations and new technologies
• You are responsible for the product life cycle management, product pricing and budget
• You monitor, analyse and evaluate competitiors
• Concurrent with the marketing communication you define the go-to-Market plan (introduction, sales stories, customer benefits, features for sales literature)
• Finally, you perform product trainings for customers, sales colleges and stakeholders

• Degree in Economic Science of Electro Technical
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build sustainable relationships with customers, various departments, project stakeholders and key individuals
• You take the initative and make things happen
• Project management skills, in an agile environment
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in German and English
• Willingness to travel (30%)
• First experience in the field of Product Management with customer and consumer focused experience

Yearly compensation represents EUR 50.000,00 as per relevant collective contract. Effective compensation exceeds collective wage agreements based on the local market.
