Your responsibilities

Manage a defined product portfolio to achieve product and market leadership
Analyze customer needs, market trends and competitor moves, seek and quantify opportunities in the market
Develop global product line strategies and define product life cycle management for your product range incl. maintain global product data
Drive new product developments with key responsibility for product positioning and market launch
Cooperate with Hilti country organizations to implement global product and market leadership strategies

Your profile

Degree in Marketing, MBA or comparable with preferably additional technical degree
Successful experience in marketing of technical products or marketing in construction industry
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Strong communication skills and ability to inspire and motivate others, leadership experience preferred
Willingness to relocate to other Hilti organizations after successful completion of term as global Product Manager
