HR Generalist / HR Advisor / Business Unit Manager

Ihr Profil
  • Being the key point of contact in our HQ for our global Sales (Europe/Asia) teams for all HR matters
  • Foster the talents and strengths of our people through standard or individual career and development programs
  • Acting as a guiding light, you will coach, support, advise and accompany our managers in their daily challenges
  • Employee engagement and organizational culture: drive sustainable solutions and ways for a culture to perform, grow, strive and enjoy
  • Enlighten the future of TRIDONIC: your “out of the box”, visionary and strategic approach on people management makes TRIDONIC an exciting, innovative and great place to work

  • Your basis is 10 years of experience in an international environment either as Business Unit Manager, Team Leader, HRBP, Coach, or in any other similar role
  • You completed a higher education
  • You are proficient in English and German
  • Your communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills are first class to build up sustainable internal and external relationships at all levels
  • Due to your structured, thorough and clear work approach it is easy for you to oversee the diversity of tasks as well as to operate accurate and in time
  • On a personal level, you are positive, convincing, discreet, self-motivated and fun to work with

Yearly compensation represents EUR 50.000 as per relevant collective contract. Effective compensation exceeds collective wage agreements based on the local market and considers academic and professional experience of a well-suited candidate.
