Your Job

• You support the strategy for third party products and trading goods and ensure a sustainable sourcing and selection process for suitable suppliers of products for the Business Division
• You define the global supplier strategy in accordance to the business division requirements
• You arrange supplier approvals and auditing processes including quality and sustainability aspects, in accordance with the Zumtobel Group standards
• You lead business negotiations with suppliers/partners of the Business Division, achieving the best outcomes for the Zumtobel Group
• You develop appropriate supplier management processes, focussed on cost, performance, quality and risk management for the Zumtobel Group
• You support the make-or-buy decision processes including the insourcing of purchased products
• You take over the managerial responsibility of the global strategic purchasing team

Your Profile

• You have a university degree in business economics/engineering or any comparable education
• You bring at least five years of professional experience in purchasing and sourcing; preferably in the lighting sector
• You have at least three years of experience in a disciplinary leadership role
• You like working in an intercultural environment
• You are a great communicator and show a hands-on and "Just do it"-mentality
• You are fluent in English and willing to travel; any additional languages are of advantage

The actual salary is determined by the professional qualifications and experience as well as the relevant employment market and may be significantly higher than the pay scale under the Collective Wage Agreement. (For legal reasons we inform you that the gross minimum salary according to the Collective Wage Agreement for 38.5 hours weekly is EUR 62.331,78/ p.a.)
