For a new position within our Sales Department at Tridonic in Dornbirn we are looking for a

Global Launch Manager / Sales Support (m/f)
Global Sales role managing the PIPO process and support the product life cycle to foster B2B sales

Ihr Profil
  • Central point of contact in our Sales Department for actively leading and managing our global PIPO process by supporting suited sales channels, B2B customers and partners resulting in strong sales
  • Design and perform trainings (sales readiness, product/application & solution selling, product stories) towards our direct sales force and key alliances to foster required know-how level
  • Support pricing strategies and execute them towards the market
  • Understand customer needs and consolidate input to the product portfolio roadmap
  • Guide/support marketing objectives (content/value proposition, communication/stories), identifying additional channels (alliances) and product-portfolio management

  • Completed higher education as well as minimum 10 years of experience in an international B2B environment either as Product Manager, Product Marketer or in a Sales function
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, working closely to lead, inspire and influence to gain cooperation, commitment, support and co-ordination across Product Managers, Program Managers, Finance, Channel Management and external stakeholders
  • Experience in developing and creating strong relationships with our sales force and costumers e.g. Distributors, Wholesale
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation but also analytical skills
  • Inspiring confidence, particularly when training direct sales force and key alliances

Yearly compensation represents EUR 60.000 Effective compensation exceeds collective wage agreements based on the local market and considers academic and professional experience of a well-suited candidate.
