Your tasks

• You lead and develop Central Services as a whole, including following areas:
  • Human Resources
  • Finance & Legal
  • Corporate Communications
  • Information Technology
  • Facility Management
  • Office Management
  • Quality Management
• You ensure the alignment of Central Services with the company culture, vision/mission/values, strategy and organization by ensuring
  • an efficient and lean Central Services structure and process
  • an environment which fosters the service attitude and enables a customer focused output
  • an open and direct communication culture
• You lead, mentor and participate in projects with companywide impact
• You will lead Central Services team leader
• You will cooperate closely with the BU-management, regional management and the management board

Your profile

• You strongly identify yourself with the Vision/Mission/Values and the company culture
• You are a business all-rounder ideally with a sound understanding of the Central Services areas
• You are a strategic thinker with a hands on mentality
• You are a communicative person and have experience in leading teams
• You have an international mindset
• You have strong project management as well as organizational development experiences
• You have very good English and German language skills
• You are willing to travel (up to 10% of your working time)
