Business Analyst - Sales Planning (m/f)

Your Job

  • In this role you will be expected to collect, coordinate and shape sales forecast numbers from our international markets
  • You consolidate all numbers into sanity-checked rolling-12-month reports
  • You gather and check the global data for the yearly sales budget and the 3-year mid-term planning
  • You set the bi-weekly, international, online sales calls
  • You are responsible to analyze our business development, hence you collect opportunities and actively propose ideas for corrective actions. Furthermore you track the effectiveness of "sales push" activities
  • You maintain and improve the SAP integrated planning (IP) tool together with our IT experts as well as you support the Sales VP and our regional subsidiaries with ad-hoc reports

Your Profile

  • You have a university/FH degree in Business Administration or a BHAK, ideally focused on finance, controlling or sales
  • Preferably you have first experience within an international sales organization/ controlling as well as you have proven experience with sales figures and their interdependencies
  • You have excellent MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel and proven SAP R/3 user skills
  • You are fluent in English and German, speaking and writing. Every other language is beneficial
  • You have strong analytical abilities and a speedy and detailed working approach
  • You convince us at a personal level with your excellent listening and interpersonal skills



The law obliges us to specify a salary here: in line with the collective agreement, this amounts to at least 42.301,42 EUR for a 38½-hour working week. However, because neither you nor we are satisfied with minimum standards, we promise you that it will be more. How much more depends on how good you are.
