Your responsibilities

• Create and verify standards for our Supply Chain process based on Lean principles
• Qualify 5S / Standard Work experts in our plants
• Implement 5S standards in our plants, support local management and perform 5S assessments
• Establish and apply standard work on shop floor level
• Develop shop floor visual control systems according to the company's Lean Standards
• Train local management how to perform daily management routines by using KPIs, tagging systems, visual control, 5S
• Participation in Lean projects within our Operational Excellence program to improve value stream, processes, flexibility, productivity, quality, delivery, maintenance and HSE

Your competencies and qualifications

• University degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Management or several years of experience in Production Management
• Process Management skills and good analytical and methodical competencies
• Ability and willingness to conduct workshops, to bound and work with shop floor employees
• Strong communication and intercultural behavioural skills
• Excellent English language skills, other languages are an advantage
• High willingness to travel (up to 80%)

Equality Act: Due to our legal obligation we have determined the minimum annual salary for this position to be 35.000,00 € gross. The actual payment will be based on the labour market and your work experience and qualifications.
